What is Oamiguard CMC Fast-acting Fungicidal Preservative?
Oamiguard CMC is a highly effective, broad-spectrum, fast-acting fungicidal preservative used to protect water-based industrial products from bacteria, yeasts and molds. It is an aqueous solution of chloromethylisothiazolinone (CMIT) and methylisothiazolinone (MIT) combined in a 3:1 ratio, which keeps water-based coating systems stable and is particularly effective as a single active biocide preservative.

- Architectural and industrial paints and coatings
- Building materials (floor adhesives, fillers, sealants, cement slurries, joint compounds)
- Base materials (polymer emulsions, pigment dispersions)
